2026 syllabus - Choir and Band
- Please ensure that you have read and understand the rules and regulations of the 2024 Syllabus.
- All school ensembles must be supervised by an adequate number of staff members or volunteers in order to ensure proper discipline. Please follow the supervision guidelines laid out by your board/organization for the student to adult ratio.
- Choral selections must be limited to any 3 verses.
- Piano accompaniment only.
- All choirs should arrive 20 minutes prior to their performance time.
- Bands should arrive 30 minutes prior to performance time.
- A communal waiting room will be assigned to each group where students will get their instruments ready and leave their instrument cases and outdoor clothing.
C01 Church Choirs
Two contrasting selections. Youth choirs must memorize their selections. Memorization is not required for Adult Choirs
C02 Community Choirs
Two contrasting selections. Youth choirs must memorize their selections. Memorization is not required for Family Ensemble and Adult Choirs
